Our advocacy efforts are rooted in the belief that every Afghan worker deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect in every workplace they contribute to
We envision a society where Afghan people are fully integrated, valued, and respected members of the community, where labor rights are upheld, workplace discrimination is eradicated, and opportunities for economic advancement are accessible to all, irrespective of their ethnic or cultural background. We aspire to contribute to building a society where diversity is celebrated, and every worker has an opportunity to achieve their fullest potential .
Our mission is to empower, support and educate Afghan workers by advocating for fair labor practices, fostering awareness about their rights, and providing essential resources to combat barriers to access including, but not limited to language, immigration status, and economic circumstances. Through our initiatives and programs, we aim to bridge the gap between the Afghan community and the population at large.
